What anxiety can feel like
Tense body, racing heart, fast breathing, and a mind that will not settle. In teens this often shows up around exams, friendships, driving, or screens.
Clinical hypnotherapy works with those automatic responses. It does not replace assessment when OCD, trauma, or school-based learning issues need specialist input.
